Very rude cashier named Irish!
When we came to the cashier to pay she told us they already close the machine we cannot pay by card and we need to pay by cash. WHICH CUSTOMER WOULD KNOW THAT WE NEED TO PAY BY CASH ONLY while it is not stated on your door. And how many times we went there to buy and we always pay by card!
She was putting the blame on us as to why we came inside at 10:45 pm and they are closing at 11pm. We didn’t even take long to get the stuff we need, we were there in the cashier 10:50pm. SHE WAS IN A HURRY TO CLOSE FOR HER TO GO HOME. We dont carry cash around with us, and we needed the stuff for the birthday celebration the next day. She could have been more polite to the customers but instead she was putting the blame on us and started being rude while we were just stating our rights as to why we came inside the store and by the time we reached the counter, they were telling us NO. A LOT OF THE STAFF WERE THERE AND SAW US CAME INSIDE AND NOBODY TOLD US ABOUT NEEDING TO PAY CASH OR WHATSOEVER. NOBODY SAID WE CANNOT COME INSIDE COS THEY WILL CLOSE. THERE ARE TWO CASHIERS AND OTHER STAFF but nobody said a thing when we first came in. she was telling that why are we complaining so much, the customer doesn’t have rights to complain now? Wow the audacity of this cashier! She was saying it’s their fault but it was not in a way that someone is accepting that it’s their fault. Even she was speaking rudely to her co-staff blaming that she was told no more customers around. So What about her? She was there when we came inside, why she didn’t tell us anything about not allowed to come inside anymore cos she will close even before 11pm. While their door states closing at 11pm, it didn’t mention BEFORE 11pm. Next time put on your door PAY CASH AT 10:50 PM because cashier will close the machine.
