Dynasty Karaoke

Very bad customer service from staff name Rhonda. She thinks she looks good but she looks hideous and dumb in real life. No smile at all and she looks cheap. The drinks will cost you all your hard earned savings at 25 bucks for a mini shot and the karaoke songs selection are very limited. Toilets are super dirty. Not coming back ever again

Homophobic security guards, my friend was leaning on his partners shoulder on the lounges and they claimed he was ‘intoxicated’ when my wife was leaning on me at the same time and they said nothing to me. They targeted him specifically multiple times and it made no one want to sing or visit here again.

I had fun with friends! Although as a lot have previously mentioned the service sucks. There was one particularly lady at the reception who was so dismissive and rude I was genuinely shocked!! I know how it is to work in hospitality and I would never approach a customer with this attitude. The booking I made which I paid a deposit for wasn’t processed properly even though I had emailed them several times, luckily they weren’t fully booked so they just put us into one room. Super disappointed with the absolute entitlement from some of the workers. I completely understand if you are having a tough day but it’s just mind blowing how blatantly awful they were. Kinda weird vibes and the toilets were a bit feral.

Sooo this place is very unclear when booking online… I sent a request with my time date and number of people for my booking… I got sent a “thank you for your inquiry email” and then a second email that was from the booking team which listed my booking for time date etc.

I went to enter the karaoke bar with my friends that day/time I had requested and they denied my entry saying they were fully booked for the night… they said I would get a reply if my booking was confirmed or denied, and I showed them my email that the only reply I got was the details of my booking. It was very confusing and misleading and perhaps slightly my fault for not realising ….but with other karaoke places I would email them and receive a response for bookings that is more straightforward. This never happened to me before. Probably won’t return as the online booking isn’t customer friendly and was a waste of time

Scammers. Despite having a written confirmation of a pre-paid 2 hour room booking in email threads, they kicked us out after 1 hour citing ‘verbal confirmation at the door’.
They refused objections & sicced their bouncers on us when we tried to stand up for ourselves with a clear paper trail proving the booking.

Good price for a big group but service was quite subpar. It would also be better if they made customers more aware that the kitchen doesn’t open until 8pm, especially when the entire booking is before then. We had to leave to get food and then come back during our booking 6-8pm on Saturday.

The staff here are VERY rude. We came for an event and when we tried to order drinks on the tab we were rudely told to find the organiser. Our friend was one of the organisers but that wasn’t acceptable to them. Terrible first impression! Eventually we got our drinks and every order since was received rudely and the orders were delivered with an even worse attitude. Security weren’t too nice either but that’s not unusual.. overall, will never return and do not recommend you waste your time here.

Customer service: Very rude and arrogant. Chinese staff need to learn that they're in Australia and must adapt to proper communication and customer service techniques. I repeated some information to one of the Chinese female staff due to the noise who rudely responded: "I heard you once already".

Security: equally arrogant like the Chinese Staff. Consist mostly of Middle Eastern men who think they are running a military checkpoint at a Middle eastern airport. It was very lucky I had a reservation already and I had some ladies with me. I suggest do not bring bags.

Venue: Probably the only thing positive - nice design and good song selection (though the Karaoke machine had some empty albums).
