Had the worst time at the CEO karaoke bar last night! The room had no air conditioning and it was sweltering hot, but the worst part was the lack of customer service. Despite the high prices, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle. Avoid at all costs! 😡🎤 #BadExperience #NoAC #PoorCustomerService

CEO Karaoke has the potential for a nice Karaoke spot but the service is weighing it down. 🫤

ANGER ISSUES
The way the staff treats customers is disgusting. I asked some questions politely because it was my first time there but the guy at the counter got frustrated and displayed some serious anger issues!

TRICK YOU TO PAY MORE
The other guy (thin, tall & young guy) at the counter was polite enough but tricked us in getting us to pay for the most expensive room for a group of 5 people despite the other relevant small rooms available. I asked to choose my room but he said I cannot. He needs to be reminded that a customer has the right to choose before paying.

Not recommendable. There are other Karaoke places in Sydney that are worth it. Will not set foot there again until the service is improved.

We started with one room and tried to extend our stay but the security guard kicked us our because we asked him which way the toilet was located? Don’t go here or you will lose money. Unprofessional service.

Came here for a Tuesday night for same after work drinks. The security was nothing but disrespectfull, my friend got lost due to the hall ways being very confusing and kicked us out, Both of us apologised and happy to purchase another hour of karoke and more drinks. However they proceeded to kick us out. Receptionist and Security guard laughed at our faces after taking our money.

Level of service needs to be drastically improved. At the end of the day, no matter how much is spent or what the clientele looks like (old, young, etc) - customer facing staff at the front desk should be polite and, courteous. Don't make us feel like you're doing US a favor when we're paying YOU for a room.

No instructions in the room on how to worth the Karaoke. So if you can't read Chinese it'll take a number of random taps on the screen to get to the Language Setting. A quick button can for each room should also be available so we don't need to walk through the maze of pathways to get to the front desk for help or to order drinks each time.

Pretty piss poor experience.

I have experienced the worst service ever since. The Woman at the front is really funny and impatient. Why the woman still be on duty in here after so many bad reviews for her on Google reviews??? I'll never come back and Any karaoke in Sydney is better than this one.

Scammers who charged for excessive drinks. We ordered white wine, they confirmed the order we asked for and said they would bring it to us. They then served red wine. When we sought to clarify the order, they suggested that we ordered the wrong drinks and that the “house white” wine cost more than double the “house red” that they alleged we ordered. Will never go here again so I’m glad scamming a group of local workers was worth the extra $40 compared to continued patronage.
