Communication gap observed among the staff. Suddenly forced me to checkout without informing. Reason is that they had bulk booking. I am used to stay in the hotel regularly whenever I visit to Thrissur.
Nice place for marriage /engagement functions. Parking area is not sufficient. Excellent security personnel's, with high level of service/helping attitude.
Vegetarians are having less food options. Complimentary breakfast is good with variety of items ..still need change of items as same items are being repeated on all days.. Excellent service. Staff are good. Some inconvenience was observed at 4th floor @night times whenever functions are being organised at 5th floor..Need immediate attention..
Service and cleanness is perfect, staff is professional and quick room service. Highly recommended, apart from price good option
Had a great stay. Their complimentary breakfast is superb. I recommend this place. The only complaint I have is lack of wifi. They gave me one which never worked. I hope they work on it.
The location of the hotel is pretty good.Evenif you're travelling from another part of Kerala you can easily reach by bus.Very close to the Shaktan bus stand.The food was good too.
Went for a function here.there was a decent amount of parking. Also to mention the place is just near the town so it is very accessible. Shakthan bus stand is just near. The service was decent, inside was spacious. Had an elegance of luxury. definitely a good option for b'day/ anniversary functions
