Disgusting customer service and behaviour by the tall girl and 2 others when I questioned there behaviour they gave me a poor excuse asked to speak with the manager wasn’t there went upstairs and the girl told me he was down stairs I will make a formal complaint about there poor customer behaviour

Customer service is non existent. Charge you to pay pass but don’t tell you they will charge you. Asking if someone wants to tap doesn’t constitute you advising someone there is a fee.

If you have a sign up stating there is a fee, it needs to be with the eft terminal, not half a metre away ,hidden by hanging things from your lotto screen.. thanks for ensuring I never shop with you again.. all for 20c good job (as if your mark up on your products wouldn’t cover this measly fee)

Good range of stationary goods and cards and gifts as well as lottery tickets. Friendly and helpful staff are happy to help.

Can be like a stampede here sometimes, with people crowded at the exit.

No real quality customer service. I used to spend a fortune on magazines here but now I go elsewhere because Nextra didn't really appreciate my business.
