IHOP

Best yet...young lady was so sweet ...I ordered take out and my grandaughter loved the food ! So when a 14 y.o. loves the food the cook was great !! Lol...right off the beltway...so stop in an get breakfast ....

Our server was good. however, it took 15 min or so for some to seat us . This person was actually in eye sight and saw us then continued just talking to another employee and refuse to stop to seat us. Ihe was wearing a red shirt so i think he might have been some type of manager. It to another 15 or so min for the server to come to the table. Food took a long time too. Dining area was unusually dark.

Food tastes good. But it took an hour to receive it once we sat down... I don't particularly like coming to this location because it's dirty and takes FORVEVER to get our food! But what I notice from my last visit ( Feb 2023) the servers are different and more pleasant so it looks like the are making good changes!

Decent food at a decent price. You pretty much know what you're getting into at a IHOP and this one is solid. I've never had a issue with the service or food. This location doesn't have real maple syrup but they've never stopped me from bringing my own in.

Customer service doesn’t exists. There is very limited parking. Placed a mobile order and went inside to pick up. Was greeting with a blank stare. Told the lady my name and I was here for a pick up order. Told me it wasn’t ready and that it was curbside and I ain’t have to come it. After telling it wasn’t curbside she went in the back got my food and placed it on the counter. I was standing right next to her. Could of handed it to me. Said thank you and her response was un hun.

Once it was our turn to be seated the host left us in the middle of the isle and did not say anything. We sat back down in the lobby, when we were finally seated nobody came to take our orders. we got up and left after 20mins.
