IHOP

My experience at this location was so much better than it had been in the past. The personnel was excellent! The food was true IHOP standards! The atmosphere was common quiet! I took the time to express my delight to the manager, because it was such a different experience with the newer personalities greeting your customers. I was extremely pleased!

We're back on the road again, and this time we made a pit stop at IHOP for a delightful breakfast. Our fantastic waitress, Ina, greeted us with a warm smile and took our orders with great attention to detail. It was truly a friendly and enjoyable experience overall.

The presentation of the food and quality was great. The server was pleasant but could have been more attentive. The restaurant was very noisy with young unprofessional employees having loud extensive personal conversations where customers could hear. We were bothered by the loud noise given my husband is battling cancer and all we wanted was a peaceful nice relaxing Saturday brunch. One of the sinks in the ladies room was backed up getting ready to flood which was brought to the attention of one of the employees. In my opinion, some of the staff needs coaching on professionalism while being on the job while the management team needs to do a better job maintaining a functional safe restroom. Besides those two areas of concern everything was smooth 😌

It is just an IHOP at the end of the day. I didn’t go in with high expectations and honestly my experience was fine but it definitely could have been better. I asked for tres leche pancakes but received regular pancakes and I asked for my eggs over medium but they were very runny. Our server though was very polite and it could have been worse

Breakfast with hubby was excellent. My waffle combo which includes two eggs, two sausage links and a crispy waffle was delicious and of course the fresh coffee they serve there is the best. My five stars goes also for our server Chris, always with a smile and pleasant gave us a great customer service.

My 5 stars goes to the service. The waitress ( Mama ) I don't remember if that was her name, she was wonderful. The food was also delicious, I went for Brunch. Enough meals to be satisfied. But the service was spectacular. Thank you! You really deserve Five stars. Thank you ma'am

Can’t say this enough. Maybe just stay away. Not busy when I got there but it took too long to be seated and get food. While the actual food quality tasted up to par, I eventually got sick that evening (and this place was my only meal). Not sure this is the place to eat at - if you see the other reviews as well. I thought it was an isolated incident but alas, looks like everyone doesn’t like this place either. Not sure what’s wrong with this IHOP but this should be for you
