Its an eye-opener to have a public library without walls to ensure no theft of books. While it is not quiet as this is literally in the middle of a shopping mall, it does not stop people from sitting down to read.
Really big mall. As a European I absolutely loved seeing different stores that I am always used of seeing. If you love Korean clothing style than this mall is definitely for you. There are also a lot of places where you can eat!
Amazing mall. Very clean with modern amenities. A little pricey but the experience is working it. All legit brand name good with quality at the forefront. The huge library is something to behold. Think of the USS Starship Enterprise converted into a library. The aquarium is decent for something that is part of the mall. The Megabox movie theatre sets a new bar for how the movie theatre experience should be. Assigned seating with extra comfort features like a side table and hooks for your bags with ample leg room. The movie we saw was Barbie with some fast moving scenes however there was no ghosting effects like I notice when I watch movies in North America. Nothing but awesome here.
Wow! This mall is absolutely enormous! There's so many things to do and look at. Clothes are a bit pricey but pretty! The library is gorgeous but quite crowded! The Gangnam style hands are also nearby as well so I think this place is essential for any tourists!
Starfield Coex Mall, Asia's largest underground shopping mall in the world. One may say it's a jack-of-all-trades Mall where visitors have every opportunities to enjoy themselves with plenty of things to do all in one place. It has an area of 154,000 sq meters of which 144,000 sq meters are on a single underground floor. One can find the most famous and insanely creation library within the Mall, the two-story Starfield Library, home to more than 50,000 books & magazines adorning the 13-meter tall giant bookshelf. Apart from the library, visitors can also visit the massive and intricate COEX Aquarium, see a movie at the Megabox COEX, try a hand of poker at the Seven Luck Casino where only foreigners are allowed; shop till you drop with the large variety of shops for clothings and accessories, plus plenty of dinning options with a mix of both cafes and full-on restaurants to suit every taste-buds. Not to forget of course is the COEX Convention Centre where more than 20 Int'l trade shows are held each year, for example, the Intercharm Korea, a event that happens each year. Not to forget is the Public Art that are on display all around COEX, like the most famous statues in Gangnam, the Gangnam Style hands sculpture. To access the Mall, one can either take Line 2 of the Seoul Subway and get off at Samseong Subway Station exit 5 or 6, or take Line 9 and get off at the Bongeunsa Subway Station exit 7.
If you are visiting COEX for leisure or convention, I recommend the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas or the InterContinental Seoul COEX, both IHG 5 Star hotel situated at either ends of the Starfield COEX Mall with it's own indoor pool. All in all, it's a must visit place wherever you are in Seoul.

Enjoyed a couple of trips to Stanfield Mall. We enjoyed the shopping, aquarium, library, and of course the food. Overall a great experience.
Humongous mall with plenty of shopping and dining. It was a bit too crazy crowded for my liking. There’s a beautiful bookstore with gigantic shelves in the mall which makes for a great photo opp
