Really different architecture and design of the mall. Alot of open space for kids to run around. Also has a water fountain in the basement level of the market where they have water fountain show with music playing over!

I really enjoy going to this mall because of several things that I like about it. Firstly, there is plenty of parking available on multiple floors. Secondly, the mall is always very clean and well-maintained. Thirdly, the mall is quite spacious, making it perfect for walking around and shopping in a comfortable, air-conditioned environment. Fourthly, there is a wide variety of shops and products available, which means there's something for everyone. Lastly, the food courts offer a great selection of food options.
However, it's worth noting that the toilets don't provide sensitizers or tissues.

It is one of the newest and enormous mall in Jeddah. It has a modern and majestic design which it makes more absolutely stunning. If you are looking for a place to go for a walk either indoor or outdoor, I guarantee this is the best place. ♥️

Ample parking space is available, including Basement, Around the Mall and Multiple Storey Parking as well. You will always find a parking space for your car, even on weekends. Digital Boards have been displayed at parking entrances, showing numbers of cars already parked and available empty spaces.

Very well maintained, neat & tidy and shiny as well. Lighting inside the Mall is very balanced and gives a cool effect to the eyes.
Elevators are available for moving from floor to floor. More than enough space for kids to run around freely. Comfortable sofas have been made available for relaxing.
Food Court is very large with good seating arrangements. Almost all famous Eatery Brands have their branches here, including The Famous Al Baik.
Washrooms are very well maintained and always kept clean.

My experience uptill for a mall was the best so far as there are limited shops which are meant to be useful rest all Ig for a family is a good place. If a family is fond of eating outside then this is the best place as it has too many outlets of food
Newest mall in jeddah. It is very nice, spacious, clean, and a lot of things to offer for the family. Although still lot of stalls are not open you will enjoy the scenery especially at night the outside lightings and the fountain is cool.
