Great mall but do not go to extra.. the sellers there don't want to help and keep running away from actual buyers. You can actually see it from far
It's completely dead. All the stores are closed. There are only a few stores open on the ground floor, the Xtream trampoline place, and the Asian supermarket. All the restaurants at the food court are closed except for two restaurants only. It looks like the mall will shut down, but according to the workers there, it's going to get renovated, and big store brands will come.
It's not a fun place to hang out anymore.

A most relaxing place once upon a time. But due to new malls, this mall is now losing its charm

From what it looks like, the mall is having financial issues and struggling to get new businesses to lease in the mall. Majority of the shops in the mall are either permanently closed or just an old shop that is managing to survive. Cheeky Monkey and Xtreme Park is one of the only reasons the mall is still open

Sultan Mall located at Prince Sultan Street, Al Zahra District, Jeddah. Sultan Mall is considered as one of a leading shopping malls, that known in the city of Jeddah, and it is characterized by a variety of shops for clothes, accessories and other such shops selling electrical and electronic device, it contains 23 shops. It includes several brands, including Paris Gallery and Extra. Sultan Mall featuring interior design that makes you feel calm. The first floor consists of children's toys area and some shops and restaurants area that include a large lounge. The mall appropriate for family entertainment and shopping together, where you will enjoy unique and distinct shopping experience.
First time I visited this mall after staying in Jeddah for few years. The mall is really good, you have a supermarket inside, playing area for kids, extra store, food court and so many other shops.
I would recommend people to visit the place, not the biggest mall but still good.
