A fun experience visiting the very place that inspired the iconic 80s TV show. It was a great atmosphere, giving the flavours and feels of a good ol' London pub, just with an American flare. The staff were friendly, and from start to finish this gave the experience there a welcome vibe, from the door to the drinks order to the arrival of the food! Given the tourist attraction of the place, expect to possibly wait to be seated, particularly at peak times, and be aware that food and drinks will be that little bit more expensive than other places.

Bucket list moment!!! Finally made it to the world famous CHEERS! As we planned, we visited a few times during our stay in Boston. The down stairs area (Bull and Finch) had a private wedding party going on so it was closed to the public which worked out for us on the 1st night. With the private party going on, we headed to the set replica bar on the top level. It was awesome! The drinks were amazing (try the Screaming Viking) and the food was to die for. The clam chowder was amazing. On the second night, we made it downstairs and was not disappointed. Absolutely great atmosphere. The only bummer we had was the guy that seated us both nights. Not a very happy individual. On the 2nd night, he wanted to seat us in the back by the restrooms. He said that there were no clean tables. The tables were not occupied, mind you, just not clean. We asked if we could wait for a table in the front and did not mind the wait. He rolled his eyes and sighed and said "Fine! I'll clean a table just for you" Sorry you had to do your job, bro! Other than that, the bar tenders and the wait staff were all super friendly. The gift shop got our pocket books good but it was all totally worth it. Can't wait to return.

Been here a few times, prefer the downstairs bar, weekends this place is jam packed, expect over an hour for a table to eat upstairs in the replica bar. The downstairs bar does not look like the show FYI. Gift shop is expensive. Food and drinks were great! Bar tending staff was great, server was very slow and not very attentive, everyone else was a blast and tons of fun. Very tiny bathroom. But clean. Highly recommend, and will probably return.

Horrible customer service; the waitress picked up a battle with the guests in my table over the number of credit cards allowed to split the bill, AFTER we had spent over $400 for a party of 8.
Business owners must understand that customers have dining choices, and they must train their employees not to fight with them. Especially not at $50+ per person.
Good food, not great. Beautiful gift shop inside.

The place where everybody knows your name...for real! Tables are so close that when you bump into someone you apologize and ask their names. But it's a great place to see and won't be disappointed. Relives the 80's or start new memories in the heart of Boston. The food is great. The service is great. The prices vary by what you order but well worth it too. And if a fan, don't forget to buy a souvenir...I did!

The outside view of this bar is the only thing used in the TV show of the same name, but it is the most famous bar in Boston. Inside are several rooms filled mostly with tourists, and some souvenir areas. They do serve halfway decent bar food and draft beer. The service was a bit slow due to a lack of servers, but we managed. There are too many other great bars in town, but if you must, go for it.

Iconic! We were lucky and got a table with only out a ten minute wait. This place is so my fun with show memorabilia everywhere. The food was excellent! We shared a clam chowder. Yum.
I had the fish and chips which was excellent. My companion had the Reuben delicious! We drank a variety of drinks… to include Sam Adams… must do in Boston! And the cocktail Screaming Viking, which was like a day at the beach!

I loved the show and I loved having the experience of eating here. It was definitely an added bonus that the food was actually awesome.
