Café Nordstrom

Stopped by here for a quick bite after shopping, and we were pretty satisfied with what we ordered. I recommend the chicken pesto gnocchi and the spinach dip! Customer service was great, and the food came out in a timely manner.

It is a pay before service. Order and pay for your meal when you get in then proceed to the table where a staff would take care of your order.

The service was quick, and food was good. Particularly loved the clam chowder.

So I had a free $25 meal ticket I use that they’re at the restaurant and I was just joking with the manager I guess she was asking if she could cash app me LOL and she threw me out and said I had to get out or she was calling the cops and I said well I need to speak to your owner cause I was just joking with you and I just got done eating food there and all I was doing was charging my phone because the other waitresses said I could. And she proceeded to argue with me and tell me I needed to get out she finally called security and they escorted me out of the mall I probably either will be taking them to court or contacting their owner because that was uncalled for she had a stuck up attitude she was very plain Jane looking no supermodel and didn’t look anything like Megan fox LOL I’mThe majority of the human race is just average looking and the fact of these females and they want to act like they’re super models is just beyond me

Yummy food and good service. I had the roasted cauliflower with the goddess salad. And we had the (current special) strawberry shortcake for dessert. Even though the prices here are a bit high for my liking, gotta say the portion size does justify that in some way. And the experience here is nice too. All in all a good experience.

This cafe located in top floor of Nordstrom. They are upscale style cafe. In the cafe, you can watch Portland downtown and people.

The bagels are good, the esspresso isn't my favorite but it's nice. The thing I can't stand is the employees hostile attitude everytime you go there. It's like you order a drink and a bagel and they just sigh and huff and stare at you when you ask questions. One barista to another, maybe try a different profession if you're going to be rude to someone for ordering a single bagel.

The employees are very welcoming and friendly. I had fast service Little annoying that you can’t tip at the machine, you have to tell the employee to charge you for a tip but other than that, an overall good experience.
