I think they are wonderful. Firstly, I called reception and spoke with Mamoona and she was so helpful, understanding and compassionate about my concern. She’s amazing.
As well as Dr. K Shazad was very attentive toward me: answered all my questions and concerns with professionalism and undivided attention. She’s a very knowledgeable doctor and always makes me feel so comfortable. I am so lucky to have her as my doctor coupled with the amazing reception team. Thank you.

One of the worst hospitals. They took blood tests from me twice, because the first ones were simply not found. Dr. Karina Shahzad is a disgusting, rude person who wouldn't even let me finish my sentence. Terrible hospital, don't go here.

Worst clinic I have ever been to and honestly so unlucky to have Dr. Shehzad as a family doctor. She is always in a hurry and won’t even examine you properly.
Her staff is even worse , they will never answer the phone or reply to any messages . Their clinic timings would say open from 9am- 3pm and when you reach the clinic they would say oh we had to close early today at 1pm. It’s honestly a nightmare .

This Dr. Karina Shahzad is some nonsensical person who comes off as too rude.
Visited her and paid her a lot of money for a service. She came into the room with a zombie dead face, signed a form, didn't want us to talk, didn't wanna listen, kept rudely interrupting us AND told us "I have no time. I'm running late. Come another day."
This lady couldn't even spare us proper 10 minutes of her time. I wish these reviews had a zero star option.

Dr Kapoor was used to be my family doctor until I said some pretty crappie things to him during a very low point in my life. Since then he has been very kind and has seen me as a walk in patient at least a half dozen times. He doesn't even mention the "Incident " that caused the problem in the first place and he always seems to be genuinely happy to see me when I go to the clinic. In the 5 or 6 years I've been seeing him as a patient he has always been kind and very thoughtful about my treatments. I have never been rushed out of the exam room nor have I EVER been over or under prescribed medication for any reason. I don't believe anyone who says he treated them with anything other than kindness or compassion because as I said before...I tested the limits of his patience with some pretty ugly stuff and he didn't loose his cool with me ....not even for a second.
I think he's a good man and a good doctor, if you have had issues with him maybe you should look inward before smearing his character.

Excellent service from Dr. Shahzad, is our GP. Easily reachable in person or through telephone. Very patient to answer all our questions and gives the best service for the illness. The Clinic manager Amber Hamid is very humble and polite, treats everyone with lots off respect. Amid, answers the calls every time and books the appointment as per the request at the earliest. The facility also offers sample collection, no need to run here and there to give your samples. I strongly recommend the facility.

Always had kind treatment from the staff and excellent care from the doctors. Have seen them all at various times but Dr. Shahzad is my regular GP. I appreciate her 'no-nonsense' approach and the fact that she has always dealt very promptly and concisely with any concern I have had. Re negative reviews: It's a medical office so waiting is to be expected. It's better if you book an appointment (rather than walk-in) if you can, and mornings are always better than afternoons as delays compound during the day. I don't understand the complaints about the staff. They have always been polite and professional with me.

Not best standards or receptionists. Rooms are rarely cleaned between patients.(i will post photos over the last few visits of an unclean room EVERYTIME.... somehow my photos have been removed ) Wait times are rediculous, half the time they dont even keep people in first come order. Dont bother with appointments either because you wont be let in a room at that time. Female doctor was very harsh on my genitals and when i informed her all she could say was "that doesnt hurt" ......... i almost felt abused by another female due to her aggressiveness. The ONLY reason i come here is for dr. Kapoor. He is kind, gentle, smart and patient. Any other doctor i would not reccomend . ....update had a clean room today which I appreciated .
