A place that doesn’t treat all people the same way. The male staff member rejected a client because is autistic just with a “ I don’t do massage on autistic people” I then asked what’s the difference between doing a massage on a autistic person and doing it on a non autistic person he responded”nothing but I don’t do it” in front of everyone in the waiting room. Just so you know that person did not choose to be like that and as the same rights as you and everyone else, they’re human and need to be treating with RESPECT and DIGNITY.

I had a great experience my first time. Unfortunately the second time, they called me 20 mins before my scheduled appointment to tell me that it has been cancelled due to my masseuse calling out. Not only was I bummed about not getting a massage but they way they handled it was so messed up. Not going back again.

The Staff is great , However gift certificates Never expire in the state of Massachusetts . Lets see how the state attorney's office feels about this practice ? will update review

I was very pleased with my recent session at Elements (Canton). From the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff to my massage therapist (Nikki). I had some pain in my mid/lower back that my therapist was able to locate and work out. Pressure was spot on. Everyone working there appeared to be calm, cool, collective and eager to assist. I highly recommend this location! Thank you to the the staff for making my 90 mins absolutely blissful and relaxing. 5 star 🌟

Needed some R&R so I treated myself to a massage. Great service from the young lady who answered the phone to the massage therapist. All the staff members wore masks properly and so did most of the other patrons in the waiting area. Plenty of off street parking.

Christian was assigned to do my massage, he was amazing. Asked what pressure level I'd refer before we begun. He was very mindful of an old injury that I told him about.
I would certainly recommend this location.
