Worst thing about this place is the parking lot. Just a lot of competition, a one way street, and very few spots.
Once you're in the building, it's nice but hot. The portable air conditioners they had setup were trying their best, but it gets warm once it gets full on a hot day.
We had three different bahn mi and split a boba tea. Everything was great, but the baguettes were amazing.
Would stop by again if I saw a parking spot.

Their blueberry Boba is tasty! I got a small Kim chi to go and a four pack of macaroons that were fresh & delicious. 😋
Beautifully plated food. Food is too good. If you like spicy, get the spicy beef noodle soup or bun bo hue. The special sandwich or banh mi is so delish. My kids absolutely adore the pho!!! Go here!!!! Good for families!!!
We loved it here so much. Everything was sooo yummy and well priced. I want to try everything on the menu now
Their Bahn Mi is good but doesn't come with a lot of meat, but if you add extra meat, it's perfect! I like grilled pork and lemongrass beef. They had a pretty good coconut jello cup in their fridge too. Some of their tables need to get cleaned better. The tables with cracks throughout have too many crumbs in between.
This place is awesome! Especially for Boba and Bánh mi sandwiches!

This is a great little place! Great service and good food! The food menu is small but they have a large selection of buba tea and banh mi!
I ordered the bun bo hue to try it out. It is decent and will try their bun Rieu next time.
The best part is they have fresh Duong Mia! You don’t find that at a lot of places.
Definitely give them a try if you haven’t.
