Rules and regulations are not being enforced management doesn’t want to get involved with residents concerns or problems and he doesn’t want to give you any information or other phone number to call to help with the situation. My neighbor has a vegetable garden growing with citrus trees for two years now She uses fresh fruit to fertilize the garden with summer approaching i fear infestation of rodents which i have seen already and have gotten under the front of my car. Totally unacceptable. Board of health is my next step

I hope things have improved since I managed this place. I was a terribly difficult job. The people who live there are lovely but the owners are not. It was one of the worst experiences because the owner are just so arrogant. They claimed to have seen it all, but they are in their 30s. As a property manager you will have never seen it all. I just got a call from the cable company saying they have not paid the bill for the entire community. They fired me for not being there when I was literally right there and the day before everything closed because of Covid. I knew it was serious when they cancelled bingo.

How would you like. Looking out your front door seeing the trash truck and maintenance truck with trash in them. It takes away from the park and my lot. If we as tenants were doing this it would not be allowed.

Lot rent increases by over 10% per year. Have not had outside (reclaimed) water in months. The advertised Heated pool is not heated, and the hot tub has been empty for months. Good luck with getting a response from management.

Manager is lazy, hot tub hasn't worked in over 2 yrs. Management uses prospectus as they feel they will not protect you from neighbors, that are raising pigeons without cages, they walk around, dirty. We have repeatedly shown pics of out neighbors garbage, they are running a business, and your not supposed to, but he won't do anything.

I bought my home here almost a year ago and I have seen nothing but improvements being made by Bill, Nancy and their team! They have a very hard job trying to keep everyone happy , but I have to say, I have no complaints at all about this property!! If you want a place that is centrally located to everything, beautiful pool area, grounds are kept up oh and did I tell you they are putting up a beautiful white fence around property for added security & privacy. Santa Bill, thank you and your team for all your hard work.
