Worst room service ever,they didn’t provide complementary items accordingly.

Horrible experience. Sometimes there is no water in washroom. Not recommended. Please avoid. There are better options near this place

Very bad Behaviour and Service.
It's Not Good For Standard Person.

My experience with this hotel is quite good except a few things. First of all, ground floor where the hotel lift available, you will get so bad smel. Secondly, reception room is so small and as like the hotel rooms. Not suitable for family, mostly if you have kids. I suffered this.

Room are clean, even the washroom. We got 2 extra pillow as requested, aerosol sprayed at night, room boy behavior was good. AC remote and AC not working properly. After complaining, no steps taken by the manager.

This hotel is behind AK Khan more, 20 taka Riksha fare you will need. Room rent 1500-2000. I will recommend this if you visiting alone, not for family tours.

This place is safe to stay. Overall experience is good

It was beautiful once upon a time. Recently It is good but not very much good. Overall the level of the hotel is fifty-fifty. But there are standard restaurants along with them.

You may received the best service in this budget. The rooms are well drcorated and clean. The room service are good. Air Conditioners working properly. This is a note this ratting does not means that the hotel is "Four Star" hotel. It means this is the best in this catagory.

Stayed there on 20th Feb 2023. We parked our bikes in their tiny parking. Some components were stolen from our bikes like ropes, sunglass etc. The management of the hotel didn’t take any responsibility of this incident. Even they weren’t picking up our call after complaining about the issue. Worst experience. Not recommended.
