I adore kfc. As being american. But I'm also italian as used to the italian cuisine.
First piece of advice, do not pay in cash, otherwise, you won't have your meals. Horrific service, one person doing the till and preparing orders at noon. Forty-five minutes later, a second mber of staff joined in. But still, she wouldn't let me pay in cash, and the first assistant disappeared. Still one person doing everything and the place was packed. A normal meal costs almost 12 euros, a good pizza is between 4.50 to 9 euros. Ketchup, mayonnaise etc are extra. Free WiFi for a while, the toilets are locked. Minute pieces of chicken wings. Not worth it.
I have ordered so small bucket and I have waited almost 35 minutes to get it. Sooooo slowwwww service
Takeway order took 20 minutes to complete, ordered 5 wings, 16 tenders, 3 medium fires and zinger menu, got 8 wings and 8 tenders, all cold. Service barely speak english. Strongly not recommend
The Zinger packed meal was very good especially the chicken burger and fries. . and for this the food got 5⭐
The atmosphere was very low 2⭐
The service was slow, we had number 17 but before they called us they arrived at 20, luckily we were not in a hurry 3⭐
I would like to add that the location was not very clean 2½⭐
If I were to go back there I would get a chicken burger to take away.. because they are very good and juicy! So if you do the same I will recommend you go get one or more... depending of how hungry you are!

Unfortunately the rules are here not good I don't know if they make this rules or KFC make this because in Germany it's not like this they give me small minu even I paid for larg minu and also they didn't give me dip ketchup or Mayo I don't know what's going on here very disappointed I think they're making the bran name down the KFC authority has to take an action 😡!!!!
The saddest burger I’ve ever seen with an even sadder taste. I ordered the chicken boom burger and it was a massive disappointment. I normally like KFC but this location is just awful.
