We had an excellent experience at PH Paris which really elevated our stay in Paris to another level. Rocio Perez made sure that our stay was perfect. From beginning, bags were cleared for taxi immediately. We were welcomed by last name as they knew who we were and made an effort to make us feel welcomed. We received an upgrade and complimentary chocolates and wine for first two nights. Explorist get 50% off restaurant which was excellent. Rooms were made perfectly and staff was friendly. Bell boys were very nice and accommodating. At the end Rocío introduced herself and stated she made sure our stay was perfect which we really appreciated. We have already made plans to return and make this a regular spot for us on future visits to Paris. On a still ongoing 6 week European vacation, this is tied the best with Andaz Prague which just means they were both perfect! Thank you Rocio for the attention to detail! We will see you again soon!

I will preface this review by staying that we've stayed at least 80 nights in the last 5 years at the Park Hyatt Paris. In that time, we've had at least 6 different rooms and suites of varying sizes. They've all been a little bit different but the same. We've loved it since our first stay over Valentine's Day, but in the last year, however, I have noticed an increased focus on service, and the Park Hyatt keeps getting better.

What do you need to know about the PHV? First, the rooms are HUGE by Parisian (and European) standards. I particularly love the bathtub with it's soaking tub and walk-in shower. All the rooms have this. Two, there is plenty of storage space, even in the most basic category of room. It is possible to unpack and truly make this your home in Paris, which is nice. The beds are comfortable, the black out curtains are perfect for closing out the light and the noise, and the water pressure is great. We've never had a bad room at this hotel, and to the extent we've had a problem (hair dryer not working or shower not draining properly), they rectified it immediately.

Le Spa at the PHV is incredible. The body treatments and facials (with La Mer products) are outstanding, and I've never had a bad massage here. The suana and jacuzzi are the perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The hours extend far beyond the opening hours, and it is included with your room rate.

We've utilized their laundry and pressing service, and they have always been very fair and returning everything promptly. The conceirge is helpful and willing to check into things, even when you aren't totally sure what you are looking for in an experience.Housekeeping is efficient, and I love the ability to electronically request it when we leave for the day and mark the door for privacy when want it.

Overall, we've never had a bad stay here. It's always solid, and many times it's absolutely perfect. We especially love it during Christmastime as Rue de la Paix is beautifully decorated and it's a short walk to Vendome (magical). There are numerous metro lines within a short walk of the hotel, so you can get anywhere easily. And though we've found Paris EXTREMELY crowded in 2023 (March, July, and December), the Park Hyatt Paris is a peaceful retreat, and if you request a quiet room, you can really block out the crowds and the noise... which is the perfect way to recharge for another day out and about in Paris.

Had another lovely stay at the Park Hyatt Paris Vendome. Room was comfortable and quiet except between 11 AM and 3 PM due to construction in the hotel and across the street. Breakfast was great but I do have two suggestions: no need to sign after if you are Globalist I already gave you my room number, also on the food-I prefer regular croissants. I did not like the sugar glazing. Finally two servers is not enough for the restaurant. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. Bellmen assisted with our bags and were very nice. Front desk staff was spectacular.

I have stayed here twice this year and each time, it's been a very enjoyable stay. Service is impeccable, rooms are perfect (for a solo traveller anyhow), and location is excellent. I will definitely look to stay again.

Amazing service from the staff. They are very welcoming, attentive and made us feel at home. I want to give a huge shoutout to Eduard at the front desk! You are a gem. Thank you for making our anniversary more memorable. We stayed at the junior suite...it was very clean, spacious and cozy. Noise is minimal so we were able to sleep great. We loved it. As a Globalist, this is probably my top Park Hyatt property so far.Highly recommend and can't wait to be back.

Possibly the best Park Hyatt out there. I am a globalist, so I’ve been to fair share of Hyatt properties. They recognize globalists and treat you very well. the service is top notch. The concierge is actually useful. Very nice breakfast. We were not upgraded to the suite, but it was a very busy week due to fashion week, so it is understandable.

The service and staff here are phenomenal and second to none!

Everyone here was extremely nice and friendly.

They went out of their way to answer all of my partners questions (who is vegan) so she could eat breakfast.

This was refreshing because the staff at the Hyatt Regency Etoile seemed annoyed when she simply asked what was vegan, with one of them simply pointing at raw lettuce and tomatoes, looking agitated.

It's also the little things that make their service exceptional and second to none.

The location is fantastic and lots to see in the area, with tons of good eats.

The only small suggestion would be to have some better vegan options that have more substance and are more filling.
