🤔 They're trying there BEST to be😅🤣😂 Immaculate 😅🤣😂 their getting there 😅😅😂 can't stop laughing because I work there as a BLACK AMERICAN and when I meet a new client there face be priceless 😗 they be like your not AFRICAN 🤣😅😂😁 I tell them I'm a needle in a haystack 🤣😅😂

This Agency is very stressful to work with, when an healthcare aid doesn’t show up for work they are not dependable to send someone else as a replacement and most of the time they don’t send a replacement! The home healthcare aids have also asked to leave early on multiple occasions when a patient still required their services.The point of this company is to help but all it does is stress out the patient and the patients family even more. DO BETTER IMMACULATE!!

Changed my mind, worst agency ever. Quick to scold a client, but let the aides get away with EVERYTHING. I have a male caregiver who constantly yells at me and fell asleep on two different occasions and he still hasn’t been replaced yet due to “low staff and they’re only replacing him because he resigned, not because I complained about him, but if I disagree with an aide for doing something I don’t like , they’re quick to call me to talk about “respecting their aides” everything’s one sided here. The client is not always right, bad agency !

Worst agency ever! If you advocate for yourself, they will mistreat you and neglect you. There's nothing IMMACULATE about this company.

I work in an HMO, and see several home health aids coming in with clients. Normally the home health aid is not not knowledgeable about the client or the equipment that accompanies them ie 02 tank. However I was pleasantly surprised today when Ms Charnita Ross accompanied a client. I actually thought Ms Ross was the clients daughter she was so caring and knowledgeable about the clients medical conditions. Immaculate Healthcare Services will do well if all of there Aids are caring, kind and knowledgeable as Ms Ross. When your loved one is being cared for by someone other than yourself you want the best and Ms. Ross is the best.
