Very rude customer service!!

This Geneva Gare Centre Coop deseves 0 rating if I could!

Fresh, appealing and incredibly complete grocery store. Friendly staff. Fresh orange juice and pastries. Wine and beer.

I liked Coop much better than the others. I see their fruits and vegetables last longer. Their staff are really supportive, I have seen this in Coop Grand Saconnex and also in Coop in Cornavin. Well done 🙌

Always packed, the cashiers and management does not stress at all for the service. Poor people waiting on the line like sheep at a tight place. You think that it s quick to get little things but it’s not worth it, you will lose your next train. I don’t even dare to step in when I see so many people, go to another store.

The staff was very very kind but the salad was containing onion and garlic that were not listed in the label and I had to throw it away.

COOP 🌟 is location in the station Cornavin. This coop has sandwiches 🥪, fruits to go, drinks and snacks but that’s more for travelers as it is in the main train station. I would say it is not good for grocery shopping but definitely okay to have snacks, foods and beverages for train trips !!
