BLOOD DONATION. Upto 2PM SHARP.
I arrived at 2:23 pm but they did not allowed me to donate as the cut-off is only at 2pm.
I am a little disappointed because in their website the time indicated is from 8am upto 4pm.
I am a Volunteer and I ask the staff that time if they can give me a little consideration because the drop off site in their website is at the back side and I consume my time finding the proper venue for blood letting that's why I arrived a little over than 2pm but they just refused.
I guess the Hospital Management must have a more Flexible Schedule for Blood Donors considering that this is Free and Initiative of the Donors not mentioning the Effort, Money for the Fare and Time of the Donors.

All medical staff is very good. Good hospital in Kingdom of saudia Arabia in jiddah.

They have good facilities but it is the worst Government Hospital in Jeddah , and their administration is so poor that the expatriate staff is getting over load and not enough staffs for duty , some of the local staffs are abscond in between duty , many expatriate staffs are resigning their job, best hospital university hospital compared to this

Had an appointment at 1pm for the booster shot. It's now 3:20pm and still have over 30 people infront of me, everyone is waiting outside with no sun shade. The guard is always shouting, disrespectful and doesn't provide estimated time for waiting. If there's is a waiting time, why does Sehaty app give the option to book a specific time for the appointment?

Worst. Worst. Worst.
Total failure of public management .
No social distancing .

My 9 pm appointment for vaccination i was made to stand in line outside hopital gate till next day 3 am. In this line people with morning appointment also waiting Then with no information hospital gates where closed.

Security asked me to come nextday morning, i stood in line again from 8am to 11 am in sun and with fasting. When i reached the doctor they simply told me they will not give me vaccine because my appointment is day before.

Security totally failed to manage crowd.

I suggest people to over look appointment in this centre, i repeat its worst.

I appeal to people in management dont give responsibility to people who cannot handle the task...

They dont even deserve 1 star. Disappointed really disappointed.

I will never come back here.
