Titanic Chausse Berlin

The room services doesn’t work. We booked our stay at the end of July asking for a king size bed. When we arrived they had pushed two single beds together after asking to change our room they said they couldn’t do anything about it.

Amazing city break in this lovely hotel! The room was big enough for 2 of us, clean and very quiet. The breakfast was tasty with lots of choices, even champagne on Sunday! Bar in the lobby was perfect with very professional staff!

Very good quality hotel. Great breakfast with prosecco. Interior in high standard. Metro and tram right next to the hotel... safe neighbourhood. My only reservation is the bathroom. There's no Ventilation system in it and that's not nice.

We stayed for 4 nights without breakfast. Our room was very comfortable , however a sheet on the bed instead of a heavy duvet would have felt nicer.

As I was checking in I was asked to pay up front, lady at the desk didn't know why the company did this. Hotel also charges €20 per day per customer to use the spa & gym. I asked could I use the printer at the hotel, a young lady said they didn't allow it. A very nice gentleman the next morning allowed me to use their printer.

Anyway, location was good & their restaurant onsite was absolutely fabulous. It has to be hands down the best pizza I have tasted. Waiters at the restaurant were also amazing & very accommodating.

My son left his birthday card (with a lot of money) in our room when we were leaving, and everything was returned to us. Thank-you!
