Flew out of MKE on Spirit Airlines. They service was great. My husband and I needed wheelchair assistance, and the people who helped us were friendly and respectful.

After our reservation at another hotel was not honored and driving in late to town during the rain. The staff were very helpful and courteous!!! The room was large and comfortable. Everything was clean and there is a restaurant on the premises. We REALLY appreciated the young front desk clerk in the evening and the morning manager! You ladies really turned a frustrating situation around!! Thank you so much!

If you can live with this then it’s fine for you. It’s not a “you get what you pay for”. It’s about at least getting a clean room and bedding. Shame on owners and housekeeping manager. Check-in Staff was nice. Restaurant next door was very good. Will never return.

I originally booked this hotel based off the reviews that people were saying the place was clean and cheap. The place was definitely cheap but it was not clean (I guess you get what you paid for). The hotel looked really run down, random people were just hanging out in the parking lot, and the hallways smelled. I was able to get an upgrade to my room due to the original reservation being wrong so I was happy about that. The room was spacious but needed some repairs on the walls, curtains, and the fire detector was not working. The room had two sofas, both of which were very dirty so I did not sit on them. The chair for the desk was also dirty and had all these stains. The bed was comfortable and it looked clean but when I woke up in the morning I had what looked like bed bug bites, on one side of my leg. I made sure to wash everything I took with me and my car to make sure I didn't take any bed bugs with me when I got home. I definitely will not be staying at this place again! I noticed some other reviews about the bed bug issue so proceed with caution!

Price is good, but you definitely get what you pay for. No outlets to charge your phone, TV didn't work until I called the desk, water just dribbled out of the shower, and lights didn't work until I fixed them. Also no water in the pool. Was clean and comfortable bed though.

The place is in a re-modeling phase, so I can't give a final review, however, inside my room was organised and clean. There was an old a.c.system, but it worked fine and the room was clean. It is old (but they are in the process of remodeling), but clean. The staff are nice. I would go over again if I have a car, or rent one, because it is a little bit far for those who want to use public transportation like me. I don't know how good it would be after finishing that remodeling, but I got a good room with a great price.
