Called Maje and spoke to Pinky. She was kind and courteous over the phone. She put an item on hold for me and i dropped by to pick it up the next day. I noticed an error on the pricing after I paid and got home. When I called the next day. She was so apologetic and quickly worked to resolve the pricing discrepancy. I have always liked Maje and found this store in particular is a lovely place to shop. I've had positive experiences with both Shab (the store manager) and now Pinky. Thanks for your help Pinky! I will see you again soon.

The customer service of this maje is terrible, especially if you compared with Sandro only 5 meters away. I think mostly is due to the unprofessional manager they have. We went there this afternoon, and have been waiting for two hours to use fitting room, unfortunately in end we were declined to use it. (they only have one fitting room, and they ask you try only 3 pieces at a time for one customer). They keep breaking the rule, discriminating customers and even letting 2 people use one room trying unlimited times. This makes only two people in front of me use fitting room over one hour. After waiting for one hour, one sales asked us to walk around and promised no wait again after coming back. We went to Sandro bought 5 pieces in half an hour and were treated nicely there. After we went back Maje, the manager said "they went out for one hour and had to wait another hour". Should I wait 3 hours for using Maje fitting room? Won't come back again. I even can't believe that the service of Maje is soooooooo much worse than Sandra.

Even worse than you can imagine. Like others review convey, the store don't care customers and only offer mean service.
