even though there is a wide variety of products it is a mess and not a supermarket. size of the aisles varies and leads to problems like on the picture where the only gluten-free products are hard to be found and hard to reach. as well as that, no visa or mastercard accepted :D
Definitely they can improve on the customer’s experience! They have a lot of the items I buy and it’s always well stocked

They only took cash or the local Maestro card☹. I didn't know that until I was at th ed counter with a basket full of groceries that I had to end up leaving. The AH at the airport took my US debit Visa so why wouldn't this store. To top it off, there are no ATM near by.

Prices of common brands are higher here than in other places. I do not have a bonus card and I rarely have the few discounts I try to take advantage of added at the cash.
Worst thing of all though is that I’m not really sure how they handle some of the groceries - I bought a vegetable milk yesterday and as I lifted the bottle I realised it was full of ice inside. It still is at the time of writing. I bought margarine and the box was open inside. I know the latter might not be the personnel’s fault, but just saying.
Basically the only reason I shop here is that I live just around the corner, also I try to avoid buying vegetables here as they are pretty pricey and not really flavourful + pretty much everything is wrapped in plastic, which happens a lot in the other supermarkets too but I find a little bit unnecessary in the case of some particular items.
There are overall better alternatives in the are if you’re looking for higher quality and smaller prices.
