Splendid, went with my family. Have great amenities, spacious rooms and various restaurants to choose from. Amazing service provided, especially from Mr. Ahmed, definitely recommend !
Great location with full access to all Montazah parks, rooms view fantastic, but rooms facilities need to be renovated.

The location is superb with an amazing sea view in Montazah. Lovely parks all around.

I booked a romantic dinner last week and confirmed it the day before by giving the employee “omnia” my car’s info so that I can enter Montaza’s gate .. I arrived at the gate and they made me wait for 40 mins !!!!!!!! without letting me in so I left!!! ..taking into consideration that I tried to reach her on my way and she didn’t pick up the phone .. and during the whole 40 mins I could only reach her by calling the reception and most of the times the reception couldn’t reach her.. she didnt communicate with the gate’s security and she managed the situation horribly and didn’t offer any help or solutions! extremely unprofessional and I will never go there again!! I can’t believe how rude she is
Amazing hotel and you can book weddings there also there is a guitarist performing in the main lobby very amazingly. The place has high-tech stuff in the main lobby bathrooms with sensors for sinks,tissues and hand dryers that work also with sensors.
Great place to stay if you're a tourist going to Alexandria! There's a nice selection of restaurants on the group floor and plenty to do in and around the hotel.
There's a lovely path to walk down near the hotel with amazing views!
You'll need to take a shuttle bus to the gate if you want to leave by Uber but the bus is very quick.
Would definitely visit again!
