Bad. Very bad experience. Not recomended at allđĄ.
Very bad noise and very bad sevice and very bad WiFi very bad food
Amazing place to relax and enjoy many facilities and activities with very reasonable prices.
The room was nice and clean. Location is superb. Highly recommend.
Bed matress and pillows are in very good condition. The double room is more spacius than at the same rate of other hotel. Best location in one block with other commercial spots.
Had an amazing stay here, the hotel is very spacious & well organized, the staff are very welcoming & accommodating, room service is great, the junior suits were very comfortable in addition to the AMAZING views overlooking Montazah Palace & the Mediterranean sea!đ€©
The hotel offers great amenities from free wifi, amazing pool, wide selection of breakfast food especially the bakeries, the views were amazing to wake up to & enjoy either from the comfort of your balconies or by the pool with a drink or two!
The location is very special & easy to reach either by public transport or taxis, everything you need is within a maximum of 15 mins walk from supermarkets to cute cafes & restaurants, the montazah palace is within walking distance as well which was amazing for us to visit & be back quickly!
Overall, we had a great experience, I recommend staying at the third floor for the most breathtaking views & privacy is a bonus!đđ

The worst hotel you can possibly stay in!
We booked through booking and there the photos looked really good but in fact these were nothing like the reality!
The room was smelly and the carpets were filthy, i guess they never clean them, so i donât really get the idea of having carpets that makes the room stinky, also the walls were sticky it had some drink spilled on it.
The white towels were actually gray đ„Č, you would never try to touch it.
We asked to change rooms cause we simply couldnât stand the smell
They gave us a slightly better room but yet they speak as if they gave us the royal suite.
It wasnât that good, it wasnât even acceptable
Same dirty carpets but it wasnât smelly. The same white towels that turned grey
The bathroom, no words can describe it! Letâs say that it never been maintained.
The shower was only (extremely) hot water and it was impossible to change the water temperature as the cold water fuse wasnât working properly.
They wonât give u the wifi password unless u request it! Usually this info is left on a card inside every room.
Also if u lost the key they charge 250 le for replacement ( which is fine) but the strange thing is that this information is written in Arabic only đ so either this rule is only for Egyptians or they will surprise foreigners with it.

This will be my 4th visit over a period of 10 years. Good location, wonderful size rooms and great service. The breakfast was impressive. However the upkeep was always and still is a struggle. Not sure why the rooms are not kept better.
