Amazing hotel. The people who work there are lovely so friendly. Drinks were great. Thanks goes to Kaif. We loved sitting at the lobby bar in the evening for a drink. Kaif served us and provided great service. Would really recommend the hotel for families and Friends 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Clean hotel with great location: excellent access to Wiesbaden main train station. Friendly staff all around. Kaif at hotel bar is phenomenal. Would definitely stay again.

The first time i went there, i forgot my shirt and jacket. I came back 3 months later, and they had it kept for me + dry cleaned! Amazing service and friendly staff 👏

In my room 249 phone was not working, 3 of 4 power sockets were not working. I have informed reception about the issue, however they did not offer me even to change my room. It was a very bad experience.

Everything is Good when i stay there. I enjoyed my staying cause its so relaxing.

I will not recommend staying at this hotel. On the first night of my stay I realized that the linen sheets haven't been replaced after the previous guests left. It was a terrible experience to see the used sheets. When I wanted to phone the reception desk, the phone wasn't connected and I had to dress up again and go down to the lobby. I then had to wait 15 minutes until there was someone available to replace the sheets.
