Chipotle Mexican Grill

I must rate this chipotle restaurant with five stars. The place is clean, the food appears fresh, and the customer service is exceptional. I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate the service provided by Alberto. Thank you, sir, for the excellent customer service.

Horrible, worst experience.
Lack of staff to help clients to order.
Food is not at the level you may expect...
Yesterday I went there at noon. It's the busiest time of the day for this location.
There were only 2 staff members helping clients. One was doing the cashier and processing online orders. The other one was doing everything.
Longest wait time ever, unacceptable for a fast food.
The food was cold. Not warm, just flat cold. I had asada. I'm pretty sure it was meat from the day before coming out from the freezes or the fridge.
I had to go so I did not want to go back.
Shame on the owner of this place to understaff during rush hours and serve frozen or cold meat

I came in to order a bowl, burrito and a side of chips. The guy who was preparing the food at 5:10 PM 11/2/23. He put red chili sauce on a bowl when I only ask him to put it in the burrito and he put guac in the bowl when I only asked him to put it the burrito. Also they gave me a crumbled chips!!!!!

Nice location but ALWAYS OUT OF THINGS. especially sauce and napkin. How can a whole restaurant be out of things especially napkins. They are EXTREMELY STANGY with the MEAT (protein) This absurd, I could afford extra meat but most time paying for extra meat get you even less. This is not acceptable for a meal that's $13 dollar. Moreover, they were out of the fajita and refused to add more meat in replacement. I do not eat McDonald's but I rather they're fried and drink water. and save $10 dollars. If I could've given 0 start I WOULD!!!!!!

Chipotle is hands down my favorite place to eat in California. The service is lightning fast, which is perfect for those times when I'm craving a delicious meal but don't have much time to spare. What I love most about Chipotle is the flexibility it offers in terms of creating a healthy meal. If I'm in the mood for something nutritious, I can load up on fresh ingredients and opt for a lighter option. But, if I feel like indulging a bit, I can always add some cheese and sauces to make it a satisfying cheat meal.

Speaking of ingredients, Chipotle truly excels in this department. Every time I order a burrito or bowl, I'm blown away by the explosion of flavors. From the perfectly seasoned meats to the vibrant veggies, each bite is a taste sensation that leaves me craving more.

Now, I do have one small critique about Chipotle, and that is the presentation of their bowls. While the taste is never compromised, I do wish the employees would take a bit more care in assembling the bowls in a more presentable manner. Sometimes, it can be a bit messy and the ingredients may get smashed on top of each other, which takes away from the overall aesthetic appeal. However, I must emphasize that this in no way affects the incredible taste and quality of the food.

In conclusion, Chipotle is a five-star eatery in my book. Its fast service, customizable menu for healthier options or indulgent treats, and the explosion of flavors in each bite make it a go-to spot for me. Despite the minor presentation issue, I highly recommend Chipotle to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal in California.

Food is always good, and I never had a problem. The only thing is that the ice machine has been down for some time. I'm not sure if they fixed it yet. Tables aren't always cleaned properly. So, it's not good for dining in. Other than that, if you just want to get your food and go. But lines can get long, I suggest ordering on the app

I had a great burrito on DoorDash today from Chipotle! That new Garlic Guajillo Steak is so bomb! Definitely the most flavorful mass produced beef I've had to date! I prefer this location over the one on topanga canyon. Never had an order messed up here. Can't wait to have me some more Chipotle, yum!
