My husband and I loved our time at the Museum Hotel. Such a beautiful place with gorgeous rooms, epic views, helpful staff, and a fabulous restaurant.
If you want to see the hot air balloons you’ll need to be up and outside at 5AM. That was easy enough for us and completely worth it. A must!

We had the pleasure of staying here for a week for a friends wedding; words cant describe how amazing this hotel is! The food is top notch(Michelin star worthy), but the service is even better! Staff are super friendly; views are amazing! We stayed in the Kemerli Superior Suite; excellent housekeeping staff, clean rooms, every single amenity you could think of was provided. We will truly miss this place and can't wait to come back; bravo to the staff!
Hotel staff was so rude and unfriendly. We went vacation with our friends has booked 3rooms, didn’t read the fine print kids not allowed. We drove 7h to Cappadocia, they didn’t let us in as we had one kid under 5. Didn’t compensate or help us with any hotels as night. Didn’t refund a dime. All about money heartless management. Ruined our vacation and don’t refund our money. Don’t get fooled by the photos, nothing close to anything in the photos.
Disappointed! We came to chill and drink on terrace as non hotel guests. The reception had to check it if that's possible because the terrace is super busy. Then she told us it's possible only in case we will drink alcoholic beverages. We agreed.
The terrace was absolutely empty and staff was extremely slow. We ordered 3 drinks, 2x espresso and bottle of water. We got 3 drinks and 1x espresso, we repeatedly asked for rest of our order but it never came to us. We expected better customer service on place like this.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
I could never have imagined a place like this. The place is extraordinary. The staff is amazing super helpful and atended to very need.
The views are super nice. They have a heated pool that overlooks the view. Which is gorgeous.
The food at the restaurant is delicious. No reason to go anywhere else for dinner their menu is amazing. Everything we had was incredibly good.
Try the TAVA a lamb-chop plate made with and old recipe that is amazing, and if you like celery try the celery with cheese…we had it twice. They also have an amazing wine selection try the Turkish wines by the glass so you can taste different options.
A ver very surprising amenity was that our room had red and white wine on tap!!!!!
I believe they only have 4 rooms with that amenity if you like wine try to get one of those rooms. It was amazing to have a night cap late at night.

One of the top 5 Boutique hotels we have stayed at in the world. Impeccable service, unique and intreguing rooms, and truly a museum experience throughout the hotel. As a special bonus multiple amazing restaurants and bars are within walking distance on the hill. Don't miss the amazing Balloon views each morning at 6am!
This hotel was absolutely stunning. We had a standard room and it was so beautiful. The staff was great and so kind, they helped us book an atv and all day tour. The tour guide they connected us with was amazing! The hotel restaurant was also incredibly good and the hotel Turkish breakfast was a highlight. Pool was heated so we were able to use it a few times despite the weather being slightly cold. The hotel is in a quieter city 15 minutes away from Goreme which I liked, it felt less touristy near our hotel. we felt safe here and liked the area. I would recommend to anyone!
