Crowne Plaza Antalya, an IHG Hotel

The view from my room was incredible. It overlooked the mountains and the sea. The hotel was pretty clean and I loved the fine and minimalistic design. I loved how helpful the staff was. I especially loved all the help Mrs Funda gave me when I had a few things to sort out during my stay. She was very pleasant.
All in all, I loved my stay and I would definately stay qgain

We had an outstanding experience at the Crown Plaza hotel, earning it a solid 5-plus rating. Mehmet and Rim went above and beyond, presenting a delightful anniversary gift with a beautifully adorned room, inclusive of a cake and drinks. The impeccable room cleanliness and premium coffee and tea facilities stood out. The convenience of 24-hour room service was remarkable. The pool, sauna, Turkish bath, steam room, and massage services were all highly commendable. Special gratitude to Mehmet and Rim for their exceptional customer relations service, and kudos to the entire team for their warmth and hospitality.

Can't fault it. It was our anniversary celebration and Ali and Rim his team did a exceptional job, cake in our room and bed done to perfection.
I'd definitely recommend this Hotel

This is NOT a 5 star hotel! It’s a 3 star at best!! This hotel was NOT worth the money! The rooms are basic and old. The women’s hamam and spa was shut down so you have to use the mixed ones. Meaning you are basically taking a Turkish bath with men around you. The breakfast buffet was an absolutely disappointment! When you put up the sign of “do not disturb” they still come knocking on your door in the morning. Housekeeping is yelling outside your door every morning as well. The walls are super thin so you can hear neighbors and upstairs neighbor moving around constantly. You can even hear cleaning ladies every single morning cleaning the neighbors rooms. Banging on doors and walls. They have crazy loud music playing in lobby that you can hear from the rooms, so you can’t even get any work done either. The only good thing about this hotel was location by the beach! And that’s it! However I would never come back to this hotel!

Will stay only here in Antalya. Absolutely worth!
