Espectacular jardines donde se localiza el palacio señorial de Miramar de finales de 1800, que fue encargado por la casa real española y fue usado como residencia de verano. Estos jardines merecen la pena ser visitados y recorridos para contemplar la belleza de San Sebastián desde su ubicación privilegiada
La parte trasera no es tan exótica como la delantera, es mas una pradera verde con arbolado, pero es bonito para dar un paseo o en un dia bueno ideal para tumbarte, esta zona es menos transitada
I love this place
No eligió mal la reina María Cristina. El lugar bien merece un rato para descansar cuando se pasea por la Concha. El palacio no es visitable pero sí su jardines con bonitos parterres y buenos árboles
Great gardens with stunning views
Beautiful garden.
It used to be a nuns curch until María Cristina, queen of spain, went there and said:
-I like it, I want it.
So the nuns were sent to another place and the curch was remodeled to be a vacation house for the queen. In fact, a high % of Donosti developement has been thanks to María Cristina loving this city and stablishing It has its fetish place were she could come wenever she felt like It.
