The location is very convenient for flyers in and out of terminal 2 - if you're traveling light, you can walk the 600m from arrivals!
This time, it was evident that the hotel is brimming to capacity - higher room rents, more guests in the lobby even late in the morning, and the general bustle.
The front desk team worked around a glitch in the system to honour our request for an early check-in before we headed to work.
One irritant in the room layout is the open bathroom concept which requires one to pull two sliding doors to converge at right angles to offer privacy. The location of the bathtub, requires extra effort to slide one of the doors more than halfway to access the space.

Nice place to visit with family and What a fantastic hotel! The ambiance was inviting, and the decor was stylish and modern. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay

The JW Cafe at JW Mariott Mumbai Sahar used to have fantastic buffet spread in pre-covid days. Saddened to see the quality of the buffet going down so much. We went there yesterday and ordered sushi, which took a very long time to arrive. Cheese Board had few usual cheese varieties on offer. I liked the salads. But, many dishes that were a part of the buffet earlier, have been discontinued: e.g., the seafood counter. Only few dishes in the grilled food section stood out. The Indian section wasn't interesting. The mutton curry was very quite bad. The desserts were good, though. But the dessert counter kept emptying fast and the staff replaced the desserts slowly. Once my favourite places to go for a buffet, has become just an okayish place to spend time.
