Pets at Home Thetford

Staff are lovely iv joined the discount club each time i go in they ask for my postcode which they cant find me on there system..thus no discount..yet i get emails off the once awk!! Odd..

Pets at Home Thetford is a standard pet shop and I've visited several times to get pet goods. I've found this place to be a little on the pricy side but the staff are always happy to help out. I think that the range of products is great however I don't quite like seeing the small cages but otherwise I've found this place to be great.
It's in an ideal location too, easy to get to and there's always plenty of parking!

Brilliant staff, always friendly and helpful. Very happy that they always have fresh water for dogs and you can come inside with your dog, pets friendly. Also have an app where you can get discount on various types of items or animal food

This branch of Pets at Home is fairly standard offering a range of foods and other products for a range of animals. A small selection of animals is also available, plus a reasonable selection of fish. In general the prices can be expensive. It depends what you are buying. The tropical fish and other animals looked reasonably well cared for.

The staff here are always so helpful. Such good service. I have never had a problem with any aspect of the service offered here. Thanks so much.
