Costa Coffee Thetford Drive Thru

Great coffee as ever with Costa. Shame no gluten free/dairy free for my treat drop. Please put forward to Costa about dietary requirements. Other coffee houses are managing to provide for challenging diets

Everything ok, but work not until 19.00.. Although it was stated that the working hours are until 8 pm. So if you plan to spend time in this cafe in the evening, be prepared for the fact that the staff will only accept your order for takeout

Quick service, good coffee and friendly staff. Was impressed with the member of staff taking orders on the till also speaking on a headset to serve drive through customers at the same time with no compromise to service. I have worked a similar job and know it isn't easy, well done!

Everything fine, quick service nice coffee etc. Was a funny smell, like gone off food, though they were changing bins at the time. The other customers didn't seem that bothered about it.

Stopped for a coffee and food before our long drive back home. The food had been removed from the cabinet as they were closing in about an hour, but we were quickly shown a container filled with slices and were able to choose a piece each. Lovely hot coffee, clean tables, nice place. Will be back next week when we return to pick up our new puppy.

Lady in the glasses wave head saying closed -in rude manner, but yesterday I asked they said 6am drive through open.
I justcwanted to buy gift card gor my work colleague:-(

Despite being the only visible member of staff, the girl who was serving this morning was extremely polite and managed at any one time 3 or so customers both in the cafe and coming via the drive through.

I was even a pain because I asked for a drink in a mug rather than a tall glass and that was no problem at all.

Clean, comfortable atmosphere, reliably pleasant coffee and polite and positive staff.
