Great American Cookies

This place has the worst customer service ever. I ordered a cookie cake and got there 8 minutes prior to pick up and they continued to rudely tell me it was not ready and I needed to come back at pick up time, when I was fine to wait. Then I went back while at the mall to just get a cookie and I asked for extra icing on one of my cookies slices and when the girl went to do it I asked her if it as white icing because it looked like a purple bag (very cleanly I guess) because my sister has a dye allergy, and the girl rudely looked at me and said yeah and then looked at her co worker and rolled her eyes and the co worker rolled her eyes as well, and we were the only ones there, no one else was waiting or anything. Id rather make the drive to Lafayette hoping their service is better. If you want a cookie cake for a better price and much better service then go to Food Lion. Period.

They made the most awesome tyler the creator cake for my sons sweet 16 ever

Placed an order 2 days prior for my daughter’s 12th birthday. I told the lady that I wanted a horse head on it. She said no problem and that she was really good at doing horse heads. I went to pick it up today and it looks like Scooby Doo with a mullet. Worst $40 I’ve spent. Will not go back!

This is my grandson’s favorite stop when we are at the mall. The chocolate chip cookie is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with a generous amount of chocolate chips. The 3 for $10 cookie deal is a good value as each cookie is large enough for two kids. A nice variety from which to choose so the adults and kids are happy. The only drawback to this location is it is staffed with teens who have friends stopping by so you might wait a bit before they serve you.

They added awesome tasting frosting to my cookies with an ice cream scooper!! LOVED IT!!!!!!

I placed my order online Thursday 11/4 for pickup on Sunday Nov 7th at 1:00. Confirmation showed that my order would be ready for pickup at 1:00. The party I was attending started at 2:00. My husband came to pick up the cookie and it was not ready. The employee said the only time we could pick up our order would be 2:00 at the latest 1:15 the earliest. Hello!! The party starts at 2:00! My husband showed them my confirmation email, and the employee rolled her eyes and didnt apologize for the inconvience just handed him the cake and said Have a nice day.

Ordered the biggest cookie cake with minimum icing as i always do, couldn't even center the birthday message, plus looks like a 5 yr old wrote it!

I've never really had a problem when visiting Great American Cookies. The cookies are pretty good to me and here lately I have been in love with the fudge brownie with the nuts. They can be a little overpriced but that's to be expected of anything that you buy at the mall
