We stopped here for breakfast on our roadtrip. We got the morning sandwich, a buffalo chicken wrap and a PBJ for our son. We all enjoyed our breakfast. Also got a cortado and a Peppermint mocha for the road. Loved the cortado but the peppermint mocha did not taste like mocha or peppermint, it was a bit off. Service was excellent and seating was very comfortable. Heads up that it’s not a stroller friendly place which is expected since it’s in the middle of the city.

Hip vibe, staff, upstairs has open brick walling and large space, outside seating on sidewalk for those perfect days of joy, a cool fall day with leaves drifting by, shuddled along by the breeze, a coffee warming the hand. Maybe even a loved one to meet and share with. The Grits bowl had a mix of flavors, all nice. The raisin, marshmallow scone is a score! Drip coffee good and dark.

I love the setting… it’s rustic and original. A good spot to have coffee, breakfast and get some work done. I had the turkey sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. It was pretty good. We got a brownie and a peanut butter cookie. We didn’t like either one unfortunately. The coffees were good!

A local safe haven in the craziness that can be downtown Raleigh. A great spot to get a cup of coffee and get some work done, or an even better spot to bring friends for some of the many breakfast items they have on their menu. The food came out fast and the staff was extremely courteous.

Morning Times in Raleigh is a cozy café that offers a great experience for both solo visitors and groups of friends. It's a perfect spot for early morning coffee and some writing. The café has a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and a great upstairs setting. The food, especially the omelet that I recently ordered, along with the cappuccino, is excellent. Overall, Morning Times is a must-visit café in Raleigh for coffee lovers and those seeking a relaxed and inviting space to start their day or spend time with friends.

PS: Don’t forget to leave your stamp on the brick wall upstairs.

Cute lil spot! Ordered the iced strawberry, honey and mocha latte! Incredible! The French toast was good too! 8/10! Service was really great and friendly. Food came within 10 minutes and drink was made in about 3! Upstairs is a cozy atmosphere and window seating. Self help water station downstairs which I really appreciate! Excited to return!

We were first time visitors this morning, and we’ll definitely be back! The food and coffee were tasty (bacon, egg, cheese croissant w/cappuccino), but the customer service and overall vibe of the place was amazing! This place is a must try!
