Pleasant Grove Townhomes

One of the best in Wilmington, Staff was great and the neighborhood is great to live there.

My husband and i are current residents and love the area . It's just a half mile away from shopping centers with a handful of resturants surrounding . The staff is super friendly and very professional .A special thanks to Susan and Anthony for all of their help and hard work . They really do their best to make everyone feel at home .

Been here 4 years and love how quiet it is and how pretty it is. Wish we had a pool though.

Called to set up a viewing, the person in the office asked questions and set up at appointment for 4 pm because they can't set up viewings when is dark. Came in at 4pm and the lady at the office looked at me like I was crazy. She aperantly had her boyfriend over the office too busy for new residents and just told me she can show me pictures..Wich I already saw online..A waste of my time and very unprofessional. Never looking at renting a townhome from here again! Don't waste your time they are very unorganized!
