We went to the opening night of the John Dewitt Museum (a good collection of memorabilia!), & enjoyed the art exhibits, too. Next time we'll become members for researching our family's history and take full advantage of historical research done by them.

Beautiful in downtown historic Elkton. I must visit amongst any lover of art
I could spend days in there doing research.There is a very large amount of local History I started with my own ancestors for information and also for practice .I don't think the public is aware of the treasure in their town .it is worthy of your attention and your donations
We attended an art exhibit at the Cecil County Arts Council. They share a venue with the Cecil County Historical Society. The Historical Society has lots of documents and pictures. Mike Dixon, the chief historian of Cecil County is very helpful.
I absolutely love this place. Wednesdays, they s time for artist to hang out. 10 - 2.. do your art and share.
Great wealth of local history and people who are very good at tracing family geneology. A wealth of knowledge and history of the area and it's residents!
