Wow Bao

Regular store bought frozen bao buns. Paper still on the bottom, regular bao size.

Go ahead and spend almost 4 bucks a bao just to still be hungry but now also dissappinted.

Tried to DoorDash and after an HOUR of waiting the cancelled it due to not being able to make our items. Very disappointed.

Horrible food. I bow was over cooked and dry, the kung pow bowl was disgusting. You’re better off getting food at the gas station.

Worst Asian restaurant ever. I can be sure that the baos are not freshly sreamed. All the baos can be purchased at any Asian grocery store for around $5 in Frozen bags containing 6 baos, and the restaurant charges for more than $3 for each bao.

I ordered signature combo and fried rice, this is what I received. Highly disappointed and waste of money time. Waiting to get food delivered and receiving this. What kind of fried rice is that ? I hope they have better competent employees to ensure food is correct.

Tried to order delivery through Doordash. I ordered chicken teriyaki baos, and they were out. They waited until my driver was at the store and then told her to call me to tell me to cancel my order (which at this point was nonrefundable because the driver was already there and Wow Bao had indicated that they had started preparing the food). I asked through the driver if the restaurant could just give me literally anything else as a substitute or just drop the missing item, and they said that there was no choice but to cancel my entire order. I don't know if they just dropped the ball with accepting an order they weren't prepared for, or if they were trying to avoid bad reviews/metrics by making me cancel the order instead of cancelling it themselves, but this was a subpar customer experience.

Their food isn't even that good. I just order from them because they're open late at night. Guess I'll stick to Taco Bell from now on.

Good Bao, really emjoed the Mongolian Beef, BBQ Berkshire Pork, and veggie. The Teriyaki Chicken and Chicken and Sausage, would skip it next time.

The Bao are inconsistently cooked as some of the dough does not taste fully cooked.
