Reserved my parking a few days before our trip through SpotHero. QR worked, car was fine, staff was helpful. No complaints. I will use them again if I need to park on that side of town.

This is a scam. They let you book online for a 7 am parking, they take your money, but then they don't open the doors of the parking garage until 8 am so you actually can't park, have to find another parking that is actually open, and end up late at your meeting. And they refuse to refund you what you paid.

This is the worst place to park.
In this parking garage, you will find a black guy and mexican guy. mexican guy did the valet parking and when i came back to take my car i saw that my car's side mirror is broken. black guy was rude and so I called the cops and they wrote a damage report which is of no use as i had to drive to a different state.
black guy also damaged couple of cars in front of me while parking and cops were at sight( and car owner was not at sight). wondering whether these guys know driving at all. Absolutely horrible service, please park on the road side and pay fine amount of 50-60$ instead of parking here, paying 40$ and damaging your car. Wish i had 0 stars in google reviews

I've been parking in Manhattan for the past 10 years, and I have NEVER had a worse experience.  Parking attendant was rude abrasive and completely harassed me. I had reserved the two-hour parking in advance through Best Parking app.  I have been using this app for the past year with absolutely no issue.  Attendant told me that my reservation was not working and I would have to pay in cash.  I called Best Parking to make sure there was absolutely nothing wrong with my reservation.  I explained to the attendant that I would be happy to pay by credit card, and I would need a receipt of the transaction to get a refund for my payment through the app.  He told me that I could only pay in cash or he would not return my car.  He also told me his machine was not working properly, however I had seen him provide a receipt to the man who had just picked up his car a few minutes beforehand.  Parking attendant refused to give me his name or a phone number for management to handle the situation.  He forcefully thrust the keys and credit card at me, and made me get the car myself from the parking garage.  I took a picture of him for reference. I felt extremely shaken up by the situation, and hope that no other woman (or man) gets scammed by this guy. I have contacted MPG Parking as well to report the incident.

Robbed my wife of $45. We had a reservation made through ParkWhiz. Attendant held-up his hand as we drove-in, asking whether we have a reservation. We politely responded that we did, and showed him our QR code. He insisted that he has no record of a reservation from us, and that it'll be $45 for parking. We said we had already paid for our parking. He insisted otherwise. Upon checking-out our vehicle two hours later, he wouldn't accept credit card as form of payment, insisting both his credit card and machine are broken. Demanded we pay cash. Do yourselves a favor, stay away from places like this. We're filing a complaint with the city today.

This parking lot for only regular car not for commercial (tlc) when you go for parking with tlc plates they’re not allowed..the person who work Friday in this place he is so rude.I try to park there several day with my tlc plates car because this garage is closed to my work place but he just waving from entrance no no no space 🤬..I used to have my other car monthly parking lot there but we changed place because of rude personality …the bald brown guy is super nice but I don’t see him In morning..

I showed up without a reservation around 8am on a Saturday for the early bird special. I picked up the car later that evening and paid the early bird special fee (under $20). The staff was quick and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to park there again.
