Left car in the lot for half a day. Was safe. Had a bit of a problem finding it when i got back because the lot continues on the other side of the street even. So just take note where u park, not only the color and symbol but also where you exited lol

Hello folks, I just visited today Statue of Liberty and parked my car at this place. It was nice placed and nothing bad with my car. Guys go at this place and park your car without any hesitations. Thank you.

We pulled in the attendant didn't tell us where to park for early special or offer any information. We were charged 32 should have been 24 I have read other post same happened to them too. A d when you leave it's a machine so no argument for what it should have been. So basically you are screwed so watch out people. This was Battery park garage NYC

5 Stars: I'm a car enthusiast with a manual transmission car, and this garage is a great self-park option. Go up to the higher levels or roof and you can get a spot with no one around you.

1 Star: Customer service & equipment. Gates sometimes are closed or do not open when you put your ticket in, and you have to wait for, (in my experiences), attendants who are "not pleasant." And then you factor in the price you're paying for this "service"...

= 3 Stars: I'll deal with the shortcomings to park my own car where I want. And let's be honest, this is NYC. If you find a place with nice attendants that drive stick well and have safe spots for your car, chances are they don't have any available spots.

Best parking if you're going to Statue of Liberty, less than 10 mins walk to cruises departing point and a hop-on hop-off bus stop. Self-parking, one of not so many in NYC. Very fare price, $27.75 for 12 hours. Can be easily found, doesn't require drive through the very center of the city if you come from New Jersey. A spot can be booked and paid online, do it and be stress-free, instructions are easy and clear and will be attached to your confirmation letter. 6-storey building, plenty of spots, easily parked on Easter Saturday at 10 a.m.

Used to be reasonable but no more. I parked at 3rd floor at 8:36am and confirmed with one of the personnel on the floor to make sure 3rd is ok for Early Bird rate. He told me at least 3 times that I should go up to the roof to get Early Bird rate, which is $32. At the end, when I paid at the machine at 6:30pm (before 7pm) they charged me regular price of $44. The guy from the window refused to make the correction and told me to come back on Monday because his supervisor wasn't in. I came back on Monday to talk to his supervisor but he told me I already paid and they can't refund me anymore. Another excuse was the 'manager' wasn't in the office. Bad management.

I'm a monthly subscriber and their license plate reader doesn't work half the time. They recently switched the online system which didn't work properly either. During the transition period, getting out of the garage in the morning was an absolute nightmare with cars backed up and everyone having the same issue. The only positive thing I can say is that this garage is not valet parking and I don't have to call in an hour ahead.
