We were surprised to find such a good Tapas Restaurant in the very north of Germany.
I‘ve been going to the Pablito for 20 years now. It’s a perfect little Spanish enclave on Sylt. My boys want to go there every time we come to the island. Keep on going - love you guys!
All in all the food was ok and the service was quite good.
We were surprised as some of the ingredients were not fresh: The pumpkin (Tapas of the week) was pickled pumpkin from a glass, the mushrooms weren't fresh ones either and the sangria comes to a large part premixed as you buy it in the supermarket - topped off with a little something.
As this venue claims to be authentic there's still a way to go.

Excellent experience at this restaurant! They were nice enough to let us (one couple) in without a reservation even though the restaurant was probably pretty booked for the night (Friday).
The tapas were amazing, especially anything gratined with manchego cheese, which we ate to our fill and still finished with a rather unexpectedly small bill.

Best Tapas place very friendly
Very popular. Get there before 7:30 or no tables. Good to make reservations. Friendly servers.
