I photographed an October wedding here and thought it was an incredible beautiful wedding venue. Rainer Chapter house is the perfect venue for an elegant wedding. The unique architectural features and vintage furniture makes for a one of a kind wedding venue. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with during the wedding. Even go as far to help me to make sure I can get the photos I need to give the couple. With different areas around the house for each part of the wedding the logistics of shooting here was very easy. Such a beautiful venue for those looking for an indoor venue with options for outside portraits.
Went to the haunted Spirits. First time and it was fun. Didn't expect an 80 degree day in early October so it was a bit hot. Needs air conditioning.
The DAP Rainier Chapter House is a fantastic venue. It is so full of charm and beauty. I love the white ceilings of the upstairs (which as a photographer makes photos sooooo much easier than many dark rooms that exist in Seattle). It is also so centrally located that it's easy for everyone to arrive and then go on their way afterward. Just a great spot!

Very nice wedding venue in this old historical building. Seats 90 people comfortably upstairs for the reception and ceremony. FYI if you're from out-of-state or the Midwest, this venue has no air conditioning.
Couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding. The venue holds a large surprisingly large crowd and is very classic and easy to decorate. The multi leveled building gives the opportunity to have different stages of partying i.e. cocktails and appetizers downstairs with dancing and dining upstairs. Parking isn't ideal but there is a nearby large lot that you can rent out for guests.
This is the perfect wedding venue. Vintage Charm in the middle of Downtown Seattle. The hosts are incredible and the layout of this 100 year old building makes for a fun and unique wedding experience.
