Disgraceful Company - Do not use their car parks
Your company is disgraceful using bully boy tactics to extort the general public. Too much to wrote here - however an App that doesnt work despite being registered with a valid bank card... you still get a PCN and harassed.
People need to complain to Trading Standards, as I have done. We dont have to put up with theives and blackmailer's, who feel the public are idiots so think they can do what they like!!!
They make it hard to contact their offices and do not list email addresses... All the signs of a backstreet pop-up fraudulent business ... not what I'd expect from a Proper Corporate Company. More like Cowaboys and Crooks!!!

BE AWARE EVERYONE THIS CAR PARK IS AN SCAM.!! HOW DO JUSTIFY A TICKET I PAID FROM MY OWN BANK ACCOUNT AND SHOWED THEM PROVE STILL CHARGED ME £20.!!!! Another day Another fine from euro car parks. Unluckily for you I have all the proof I need of payment. So you carry on. Scum of the earth!

Pay for parking, they ignore the appeal and still try and charge you! Disgusting service and absolute scumbags!

Payed for parking on a ticket and received a fine anyways. Try to contact the company and was told nothing they could do pay or it goes up simply awful avoid at all cost

Same thing happened to me, paid for 3 hours parking and returned within 2 hours and received a fine. Find somewhere else to park.

Do not park in this car park. I parked here on 1 September, paid over the phone to park for 12 hours and then received a fine for parking without a valid ticket. I am continuing to receive threatening letters from the operator of the car park (Euro Car Parks) despite providing evidence that I paid for parking. Clearly a scam - I would pay a little extra and go to Snow Hill multi story if I were you! Very dodgy.

This car park needs better sign posting for weekend fare or whether no fare at all. Was totally empty and no CCTV camera unless it was hidden somewhere. Wasn't confident at all so moved the car.
