Ms. Terry is a wonderful human who deeply cares for birds and she’s always willing to come up with the best possible solutions to accommodate both the animals and their owners. Thank you so much for your genuine understanding and care for my situation and my canary Pew. I know she’s in good hands and she will be happy in her new house with her new family. Gave me some advice on a baby crow, I found. I called at 8:30 pm, and I was totally expecting to get their voicemail, and my call was answered! As soon as I sent some pictures over, she called me back with instructions and advised me what yo do next. You are an awesome human and have a heart full of love!

Terry is such a caring, loving, and passionate lady that goes above and beyond to help birds. I took a hurt pigeon attacked by a hawk and was referred to Avian Underdogs Rescue Terry took in the pigeon and gave updates of the pigeon on social media I'm glad Thor will make a full recovery! I came upon this rescue from another rehabber/rescue person who is in LA and too far from me and they helped me not worry about a little baby runt finch that fell twice out of nest, siblings were in fledgling stage and this one was close but still way too young to fly. I got a super quick reply and was able to bring the little one in the next morning. Thank you Avian Underdogs Rescue.

I had to finally rehome my two 1 yr old parakeets due to severe asthma attacks. They were very nice on phone and I could immediately sense they'd take good care of them. My heart hurts but thank goodness for this wonderful company.

And they're coming here to pick up my babies.
