Had a lovely experience today. Needed a quick tune-up on my bike, but didn't have the confidence to do it myself. They have a clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1-5pm. Super friendly and efficient. Thank you.

Reception is a real problem, which is unfortunate because everyone else seems to trying their best. A whispering voice isn't very useful in that position. Maybe there's an app with a decibel meter, so they could see how quiet they're being. Long story short, got my appointment dates mixed up because I was guessing due to the whispering. Now having a very difficult time thinking about calling back, because it's over the top frustrating. I'm going to talk to my doctor, let him help me through this colossal mess.

what is with the issue of changing family doctor's all the time? This really impacts the patients, for the 4 years i have been with you i have not had a doctor for 2 years as they keep on changing and this impacts patient care. What's really going on???

Worst experience for me and my family. First the representative (Middle-Eastern lady) does not provide full information to her clients, then makes them come visit her multiple times to get all the information and help needed, she will make you go round and round like a merry-go-round with no results. At the end, when I took my legal representative to see what’s going on, she became racist and discriminated my family, for no good reason.
Avoid this place if you value your dignity and integrity.

Horrible customer service, no one answeres the phone for months you have to go physically there for a samll things. No phone at all very lazy receptionists. Only medical care is fine because it's government funded. It was bad going to worse.

I miss Dr. Avi. I'm tired of struggling with doctors over my health concerns. The extreme pain I've lived in for 23yrs has worn me down. Life often isn't worth having to fight with doctors who just don't care.

The secretaries here ALWAYS Hang UP (ie ,terminate your call) after you wait on hold for even 15 minutes!
They act as if they're unpaid Volunteers, rather than Govt. paid employees with lesser to NO Accountability than full-fledged Medical clinics.
Despicable protocols. But no one can complain as most to all patients are refugees or non-OHIP insured!
