Doctors are good at this location but administration staff is unprofessional, unethical, absurd and pathetic.

Today I had the UTI results from Lifelabs so I Went to Taibu as I am just across the street. i showed Them my positive results from life labs and asked If I could get the appropriate medicine... I had to politely argue with them as they kept telling me. I have to see someone And get a lab/urine test as they won't issue the medicine. . I asked them why do I have to get another test when the lab results are in? It's positive, and it is even saying what is sensitive. What is resistant and what Medicine is intermediate... When I ask them Why do I have to get the same test? And it's going
to show the same result again. I don't understand why I have to do the test twice... And they would just repeat the same thing what they just said... They told me all doctors have gone home for the day. And could I come back on Tuesday? I said I can't go through this pain.
For 4 more days, that is unreasonable to ask me to do this... Finally, even though all the doctors had gone home, a doctor came out and finally gave me the Prescription.
I love Taibu And every one of its staff. They are so cheerful and accommodating.. I am so grateful that they are here in Malvern.. They are definitely ten stars in a five star rating... However I am sad that they didn't seem to be listening to me this time

On June 17th was a Father's Day/family event. My Twins had their hair done by two very stylish women, Jojo, Victoria I too got a trim from the barber Sebastián over had the best day ty 😊 🙏 ❤️ ☺️.

TAÏÏBU COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTRE, provide a greatest service for Parents/ Children/ Families/ Single & All. I Connected with TCHC, since back in December 2021 and I found out extremely helpful. I will recommend anyone to call for an appointment or visit TAÏÏBU COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTRE for journey healing/ improvement for the outcome because TCHC their services is excellent.

Taibu is an essential community service & hub in Malvern.
The services available cater to both individual & family wholistic needs.
As a community member I personally benefit from their many workshops, counseling services, dietian + meal programs, and support with my day-to-day living conditions.
My only constructive critiscm would be needed improvement with wait list times for some services. Suggestion to hire more staff as possible solution.
I understand the challenges of being the only resource of it's kind servicing a very populated BIPOC community.

Horrible experience Gertrude the receptionist had my father waiting over an hour for his appointment because she didn't do her job of signing him in & letting the nurse practioner know he had arrived. I guess it was more important to chit chat with the other person sitting beside her 🤔 then to take care of the patients. Another thing if your really in need of support do not depend on them, my father was offered vouchers only when I go to pick them up Gertrude again, can't find them this place is a joke

I personally loved this place for vaccinations. Since they were really nice, I brought my mom and brother as well for vaccinations. Very supportive for a disabled person on the wheelchair. Everything went well at the vaccination clinic
