Cappadocia Trips

Booked hot air balloon ride with them one week before. But they cancelled on us less than a day before our ride. If we knew how unreliable and unprofessional they are with dealing with price changes from balloon companies to trust and deals made with clients (we even paid reservation fees already), we would not have booked with them our most awaited and anticipated highlight of our cappadocia trip.

Can travel agencies really just cancel on their clients or ask clients if they are willing to pay higher- the day before their ride??

Nous avons versé un acompte pour un tour en montgolfière qui devait avoir lieu 2 jours après. Donc le prix fixer mutuellement était de 140€ par personne.
Ils nous ont appelé pour fixer l'heure de départ le lendemain.
Mais nous sous-entende qu'il y a eut une augmentation de 60€ de+ par personne.
Donc 200€ par personne.
D'abord ce n'est pas raisonnable...
